• It is easier to MAINTAIN good health than to RESTORE it. Therefore we recommend annual physicals to help prevent chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
   

• Are you planning a trip abroad? At SOBEL FAMILY MEDICINE & PHYSICAL THERAPY, our Travel Medicine program can accommodate your healthcare needs, We provide vaccination against yellow fever, typhoid, diptheria, tetanus as well as hepatitis A & B and can prescribe malaria and traveler's diarrhea prevention.

• Hours: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday
• Urgent Care Hours: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday
• Chiropractic Hours 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday , Friday and 9:00 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays
• Walk-ins are welcome
